Wayne L. Brown, a Queanbeyan resident for 46 years, brings a wealth of experience from his 18-year service in the Australian Regular Army and 18 years in the Australian Public Service, where he directed IT Infrastructure & Security Projects. Holding a Master’s in Marketing Communication and a Bachelor’s in Computing Systems, Wayne has also led international collaborations and critical tech initiatives, including with Microsoft’s Enterprise Division.

A dedicated community leader, Wayne has served as President of the Rotary Club of Queanbeyan West and was named Rotarian of the Year in 2002. He remains actively involved in local health, education, and emergency services, committed to making a positive impact on his community.
